Shipping Time:
Average delivery time is 5–12 business days for U.S. orders. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier or customs issues beyond our control.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and carrier.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at jorge@pawids.com with photos.
