At PawIDs.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return guidelines below.
1. Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Custom or personalized items (e.g., engraved ID tags) are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Start a Return
Email jorge@pawids.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
3. Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that show signs of use or damage not due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items at no additional cost. Please email us within 7 days of receipt.
